Digitx® launches a new Digitx® brand glove, developed for jobs that require precision and grip, and manufactured with a new microporous nitrile technology that combines strength and comfort.

What brings this new fabric?

1. It is durable & comfortable: The coating of OxyLux® is made with a new emulsion of nitrile foam by chemical reaction, which improves the properties of grip (grip) and resistance to abrasion. It molds to the contours of the hand returning to its original shape and stays dry for longer, thus being more comfortable.

Thanks to the Sanitized® antibacterial treatment applied during the manufacturing process, we protect the hand from bacterial proliferation and odors, which offers the user greater comfort during long periods of use, which translates into greater relaxation hand, greater feeling of freshness throughout the day and an increase in well-being.
3. Ergonomic: its combined fabric makes it extremely elastic and comfortable.

NEW DIGITX® CUT RESISTANT GLOVES

The brand launches the high-level technical anti-cutting models: Pic-Cut®, GripCut® and RobustoLux®, combining very high mechanical resistance and cut resistance, which makes them perfect for use in the wood industry, handling of glass or sheet metal, handling of waste and recycling, handling of small sharp pieces, automotive, etc.
Available with different levels of cut protection, they offer the highest possible resistance to abrasion (they have withstood up to 8,000 cycles, reaching the highest level 4 according to EN 388) and tear (75N, level 4). All models offer a high degree of comfort and grip as well as excellent protection against drilling in those jobs where sharp objects are handled or exposed to injuries to the fingers or hands.
The long life and breathability of the product is due to the manufacture with innovative fibers and the technology of lamination for an optimal adaptation to the hand. They also benefit from
LongLife® and MVP Technology®. The first reduces the risk of tearing the seams and breaking, offering a new generation of gloves more durable and comfortable. MVP Technology® ensures the breathability of the fabric, preventing moisture from entering the glove, resulting in a high MVP (Moisture Vapor Permeability) value, which adds to the glove a very high breathability and therefore greater comfort.

DryLux®, optimized grip, flexible and durable

The brand Digitx® gloves adds to its range of thin gloves, the new DryLux® Coated, a 15G grey nylon-lycra glove with blue flat nitrile fully coating and black sandy nitrile palm coating.
Water and oil repellent, this glove has an excellent dexterity, sensitivity and tactility, combining a long-life with the maximum dexterity level (level 5), and absolute and maximum abrasion resistance.
The glove seals and protects the hand against mechanical risks while remaining flexible.
It has a very good grip: palm and fingertips are made of rough nitrile. It provides an excellent grip, whether in dry, wet or water applications. The rough powered finish improves the glove’s grip and grasping of objects in a greasy or damp environment.
It is resistant to liquid permeation: oil does not penetrate the glove. Extended protection and precision handling in oil, greasy and dirty environments. It stays flexible and liquid proof in contact with oil.
The knitted wrist helps to prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove.

However, we are not satisfied with that, so we have added additional own tests to demonstrate the high levels of protection, above the current standards and above many other gloves in the market, adding a resistance of 21.000 cycles abrasion. The standard sets as higher value 8000 cycles, and our gloves resist triple. Moreover, our gloves have been treated against bacterial and fungal: The protective finish for lasting freshness can be found in several models, as seal of quality, freshness, hygiene and comfort. Unappealing mold stains do not appear and you benefit from an extended useful life.
